Will there be advise on diet

Although I have worked in the weight loss industry for some 20 years now and could advise on this I have discovered through working with clients then and now that the most crucial thing is MIND SET, once you have solved this, the eating the drinking fall into step. So the sessions will be based on the mind NOT on food.
