How many sessions of hypnotherapy are needed for smoking/vaping cessation?
One extended session is required for smoking and vaping cessation. The session starts with psychotherapy addressing the reasons for the habit and the positive reasons for quitting, followed by an extended hypnosis session to focus the subconscious and use positive reinforcement to enable changes for the current and longer term.

Is there a chance I may not be 'ready' to stop?
Prior to the appointment you will have a conversation with Debbie to establish if you are in a position where you are really ready and committed to stopping. However if during the talking therapy it is established that there are reasons why it is not appropriate at this time then alternative ways forward will be discussed and all but the cost of an Initial Consultation will be refunded.
